Noele has over 20 years of experience from leading people, running teams and scheduling, to managing partners and relationships. Coming from the Heathcare Industry has taught her compassion towards people and all of life’s challenges that come along with it.
She last served in an administrative position in an Elder Care home and helping folks arrange finances which is when she realized she should be helping families before they get to that point as most had no plans in place. Now she is able to help serve her community through a Financial Planning Firm designed for the actual individual client needs.
She has done extensive non-profit work over the last 20 years as she is always trying to give back to others in need.
