Since 2013, Michelle has applied her dedication for helping people into a financial services career that enables our clients to pursue their retirement dreams. As Chief Operating Officer, she’s integral to the caring service our clients have come to rely on for reaching their breadth of retirement goals. Michelle is analytical and detail-oriented, and she leads our team’s research to foster informed decision-making across our clients’ priorities.
Before forming Integrated Wealth Solutions, Michelle was Vice President at TerraWealth, where she helped an array of clients meet their wealth management goals. She also previously was a pharmacist. Through these experiences, she personally saw how frequently people were having to make difficult financial decisions. She realized that many individuals have a real need for better financial planning and became passionate about helping people prepare for their futures. Today, she’s a go-to resource for our clients as they seek to make the most of their retirement life. She believes to meet this goal, she must deeply understand who our clients are and what brings them happiness. Across her efforts, Michelle works to make sure each client feels supported, valued, and heard.
Michelle believes that education is a cornerstone of building a strong financial foundation, and she is committed to helping each person understand the wealth management landscape. Through this compassion and focus, Michelle stands alongside her clients to clearly explain concepts and thoughtfully answer questions. Her greatest joy as an advisor is watching people achieve their retirement and life dreams.
Michelle is an honor graduate of Duquesne University and a Licensed Investment Advisor Representative. She lives in York, PA, with her husband Doug, who is also our team’s co-founder and CEO. Together, they have four children and five grandchildren, and she appreciates any opportunity to spend time with family. Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys skiing and playing golf. She and Doug also love to travel, and Michelle especially appreciates exploring new places.
